Return and exchange Notice
The goods displayed on this site are semi-finished products for business use.
If they are not the defects of the goods themselves, they will not be accepted for return or exchange.


Business models and business consumables (ribbons, stickers, inks, flash pads, dry cartridge, etc.), once used, unless the product itself or otherwise stated, it is difficult to accept the return or exchange.

To request a return or exchange, please confirm the completeness of the goods themselves, accessories, documents, gifts, invoices, and original packaging, And within three days after the delivery of the goods, please contact us to apply for return and exchange.
If the goods themselves, accessories, documents, gifts, invoices, and original packaging are incomplete, our company will decide whether to accept the return or exchange, or charge according to the completeness of the goods.


The freight generated by the buyer to return or exchange the goods, if it is during the warranty period, or caused by the defect of the product, the freight will be borne by the our company. 
If the return or exchange is caused by other reasons, the cost of the return will be borne by the buyer. The shipping cost of sending out the returned goods will be paid by our company.


If it is not a product failure but other personal factors and wants to cancel the order and request a refund, our company will transfer the payment to the advance payment and deduct it at the next shipment.
